Just got first snake

Hello I just got my first snake I’ve wanted one since I was younger and since I recently moved into my first house I was able to finally get it. I was set on a red tail boa found one near me but I got a little ahead of myself and didn’t ask all the right questions the receipt says that it’s a RedTail DH t+/ Blood. If someone could elaborate on what that means I also would like to know if anyone could tell me what the age might be she’s about 2 feet long and I’ll post a picture

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new boa. I’m not an expert on boa genetics but hopefully someone will chime in on that. Boas are really fun snakes. I think you picked a great first snake. I got into colubrids and pythons originally and got my boas a couple of years ago. If I’d found them sooner I’d have more for sure.

It's double het for T+, a recessive albino trait, and blood, a red color phase. Hets don't visibly show the traits, but if bred with another het some of the offspring will show the trait/s.
