We have "vetericyn plus" here in the US. Have you heard of it there? It's my go-to resource for wounds. We get it at the tractor supply store because it's cheaper. Also you can get a large bottle sold for horses, at the same price as the smaller ones, and it's exactly the same ingredients.
my vet uses it to keep all wounds clean, on dogs, cats my horses, reptiles, sugar gliders...

Hopefully she will be feeling better soon. I'm sure she feels better already with that thick shed!
Hopefully just giving her some time before feeding her will be enough. I'm not sure how big she is, but if she regurges again maybe you'll need to try something even smaller than a rat pup...good luck on that, any time I hear about regurging snakes I'm kinda put on edge, sometimes it doesn't end well. If she starts keeping meals down, she should improve though, and then you can get a fecal and get that test done.
She does look great, quite different from my 2 wildcaught suris.
