Re: An update on my rescue BCC Suriname

We have "vetericyn plus" here in the US. Have you heard of it there? It's my go-to resource for wounds. We get it at the tractor supply store because it's cheaper. Also you can get a large bottle sold for horses, at the same price as the smaller ones, and it's exactly the same ingredients.

my vet uses it to keep all wounds clean, on dogs, cats my horses, reptiles, sugar gliders...

I think you're doing a great job in such a short time with Abaddon, she is stunning
Hopefully she will be feeling better soon. I'm sure she feels better already with that thick shed!

If she starts keeping meals down, she should improve though, and then you can get a fecal and get that test done.
I did a fecal with the tiny bit that came out, was clean. She's a over 3ft, feeding her things smaller than a ratpup doesn't seem like the right thing to do. I fed her a small rat last time, was only half of her width. A rat pup cant be more than 1/3rd.

Never heard if it sorry, using something my vet gave me. Thanks! She does look great, quite different from my 2 wildcaught suris.
