Full bellies tonight....

Hey yall, things have been pretty quiet on the colubrid end so I thought I'd toss up a few recent pictures of my boys and girls.

Salt - White Oak phase gray rat snake
This guy is a terrific eater, and easily my favorite snake to handle. Very curious all around and generally not a wiggle worm even though he's active in his enclosure living up to their arboreal traits splendidly.

Estella - The hissy hognose!
Estella was my very first snake and like poor Pip, I can't get her to love me! Not much to be said about her as she's stays in burrow mostly, but has a calm disposition for the most part. Every now an then she gets toad up her butt and decides she doesn't like me and hisses her little heart out. Has been a reliable eater albeit the need for scenting with tuna for a couple months.

Bellatrix - Albino San Diego Gopher
Just a darling Pit so far and my first foray into morphs. Eats like a champ on live or frozen and is just a damn pretty snake! She's a bit apprehensive and shy when it comes to handling and I've decided to give her another few weeks of meals before handling again. Busting down fuzzies pretty easily

All the best, hope yall enjoyed!

Semper Fi,
Derek G
