Hella teeth fell out

First off hello I'm Kyle, I'm 25, an have 2 snakes. My boa (mila) is 8.5 feet an
Approx 7 years old. I also have an anery cal desert King (tuxedo). Just wanted to say hello.

But the question I have ,an the reason for joining, my boa recently lost three teeth after I found a few drops of blood in her tank.idk how (wasn't during feeding) one tooth was in her tank an upon monitoring her I realized there were another two in her mouth. Using a spatula an tweezers I got them out. What I'm worried about is infection symptoms, an if there is any preventative measures I can take to stop any infection. Also she is keeping her mouth slightly open on the sides, an I wonder if this is due to swelling or just discomfort? Visually she doesn't look swollen.

I hate having to play doctor as she is a very gentle boa, an if need be I'll take her to a vet but I strongly feel that there is no bed yet. Any similar experiences or advice??
