I am new to the forums. Currently without snakes. I used to have a couple dozen snakes. Had to move and downsize my collection. I kept my favorite three, my pair of dumerils and my little kenyan then I had someone babysitting while I was traveling for work and they failed in their babysitting duties and I came home to no snakes. I have a soft spot for dwarf boids.
So now I rarely travel for work anymore and I have a couple of empty Vision cages. There is a reptile show coming up near me in November. Oh the thoughts that are running through my head.
I've been considering BRB's or Carpets to start this go around. It can be very dry where I live (in the middle of Mohave Green territory) and I am concerned about humidity. Before I dealt with terrestrials, used UTH's and when I stopped trying to use basking lights I stopped having shedding issues.
