My Doctor Fish doing his job. (Garra rufa)

In the middle of an aquarium overhaul and couldn't escape my little doctor fish. They get excited as soon as they see my hand and start "vacuuming".





In case you didn't know, Doctor Fish are an algae eater in the aquarium hobby, but are sometimes used as a spa treatment for skin conditions such as psoriasis.

Anyway, back to work. My lunch is done and I've got another hour or two of aquarium work! Will post pictures when finished...
