On an enclosure like that, I would suggest a couple hanging lamps or CHE's. The warm side should be 90-95 degs.,. and approx. 80 deg cool side. Humidity should be around 55-65%. A Radiant heat panel is ideal but I'm not sure if it is possible to mount one in that enclosure. You may also need a larger water dish to help with humidity. I would also cover the top to help with heat and humidity lose.
