Been hoping to get together with the owner of this girl for a long time now. She is absolutely incredible. The female is a w/c BCI from Trinidad. The owner found her mother as she was giving birth (hows that for luck) All of the babies came out completely striped. She has some rather famous siblings. One is in the San Diego Zoo, and another one is in the Toronto Zoo.
The picture quality isn't too good. My male is more of a carmel phase BCI with an orange tail instead of red or brown.
The only downside to this is that she is 20 years old. And never been bred.
She shed 2 weeks before I got her, and now a month and a half later she is shedding again, so this should be her post ovulation shed. This is a HUGE thing for a 20 year old virgin to still possibly be fertile. My male has no problem keeping his end of the bargain either. He has fathered a few clutches for me. So it's all up to her.
