Ball + carpet in same terrarium

i am new to snakes, i have already asked some questions which i got quick and good replies to. so thanks for that.

I have yet another question. will you guys recommend 2 different pythons in 1 terrarium?
I have a female pastel Ball python, which is 500g now, and sense the cage for it now will be too small in about 6-7 month, i am thinking about getting a big enough terrarium for 2 snakes. Sense my Ball python is a puppy dog and is 100% tame and not very energetic (so she sits nice and calm in the hand. which is a good thing) i kinda feel like i would like another snake that is a little more... well... difficult. not too much. just one that has a little more energy when it's out of the cage and one that can bite if it has a bad day. (yeah i am a weird guy)

i am thinking of getting a female carpet python. do you think they will share same cage.
