From one extreme to another

Here are 2 of our breeder females. I can't get over the colour difference in these two. The first is a 3 year old pastel female and the second is a 8 year old normal. They are 2 of my favorite females.

When females are growing nearer to ovulation they seem to take on a glow. Some of my females look ghost like with very faded heads and bodies. It's very cool! Sometimes I slide open their compartments and they look like completely different snakes.

Here's hoping for big healthy clutches!
