Interesting shedding behaviour

I normally mist the enclosures of my snakes once a day when they are in shed, and this almost exclusively happens somewhere between getting home from work (between 19:00 and 21:30) and bedtime. For the last two sheds by Corn and Kings seemed to 'wait' with shedding on the day they were due until I misted their enclosures, after which they shedded within the hour. They're in my bedroom instead of the livingroom, so I didn't check up on them that much, but yesterday I misted them (they all decided today was 'due date' for shedding, looked cleared up again etc.) around 22:00, and they were done shedding when I went to get some stuff from the bedroom around 23:30. We all know snakes can recognize their 'food day' and we already be in feed mode the whole day then. Could it be they also recognize behavioural patterns in their keepers, and match their own behaviour accordingly?

Does anyone else also have experience concerning this, or any thoughts on the matter. Next time they're due I'll monitor more closely, and stay in the room after misting them when I think they're going to shed that day, stay tuned for an update on this in about a month .
