"breeding season" is a misnomer, snakes will breed year round in the right environment. That said they'll most likely behave like normal but there is always a danger when cohabitating two snakes that generally lead a solitary lifestyle. The Burm is most definitely breeding age and the retic is approaching sexual maturity if not already there. The lack of a sexually mature female probably means that they won't combat, and at the very least you shouldn't feed them both in that enclosure. But you know what they say about playing with fire.
