While you are correct that there is no slander in the truth, these days many lawyers seem to regard truth as optional for lawsuits. :-( ;-) You sound like you are showing good support, though. Ah, local level is fine! Nice to see a shelter that supports reptiles, too. Even in LA, not many of the city ones do.
