I'm not sure about snakes but do know that in other animals they are unaware during a seizure. So basically the only bad thing is the being tired following the seizure. I'm sure there must be a member here that has seen this in snakes and knows more about the outcome than I do or if in fact there are anti-epileptic drugs that have been used on reptiles.
