Help? Ball Python searching about

I've had a ball Python for about 2 months now and never had any problems with feeding . . . in fact I think she's rather greedy lol. However this is the first time after I have fed her that she didn't retreat to her hide to digest. Instead she's searching about the cage from hide to hide then taking a break to rest on a rock before searching again. Her cage humidity fluctuates between 63-68% and her warm side stays at a constant 93 while the cooler side is about 85 so I know the cage husbandry isn't the issue. I have no idea why she is doing this though and it has been a good 8 hours since i've fed her any suggestions?
The rat pup I fed her was only a tiny bit smaller than the widest part and I do mean ONLY a tiny bit. And I only went down because the others were all WAY to big so I got a smaller one to be safe, but honestly I don't think the rat being that much smaller would have made a difference? I still see a lump too it's just as profound. She's 3 months old btw- sorry I didn't mention that before.
