Question Replace mouse/introduce new mice to colony?

So I have been attempting to get these mice breeding for a couple months.

The one had babies, but ate all except one. I've heard this is normal. The second mouse is preggo.

The third female is pretty-much as thin as when I got her. Could she be sterile? Should I feed her off and get another female or wait it out?

If you think I should replace her, how does one go about introducing a new mouse to a small colony?
