I realy don't see anything like balls or corns causing enough pressure to occlude both arteries enough to cause you to hit the deck. Maybe lightheadedness and dizziness at worst? In the rare chance that one decided to constrict i'd say you have a good amount of time to unwrap it before you hit the ground. The "pressure points" like cross collar/ rear chokes are just that, points, not even circumfrential pressure.
