So, mum didn't mind me getting a diamond python,and she's getting to like him, BUT, she absolutely does NOT want frozen rats in the freezer! She was told by the pet shop owner that it is not unclean to do so,so I bought 3 medium rats and took them home and gave my python one but she just could not bring herself to put them in her freezer so I had to throw TH 2 rats away! I said to mum they can eat quail and she said she can have them in the freezer, but I know he can't JUST eat quail. They don't sell SINGLE medium rats but they sell single LARGE rats. Would he be able to cope with a large?
I can feed him a quail, then 1 1/2 weeks later a rat, then maybe 3 weeks later another quail??? I'm not 100% sure if I can afford a $28 rat ALL the time
, maybe one every 2nd or 3rd feeding, is that ok??
