We just did a snake show for our local Police Department's D.A.R.E. program. If you didn't already know, D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. It is a program designed to help keep kids off of drugs and out of gangs.
It was an outdoor event with many sponsors giving away free food and gifts to help the D.A.R.E. program. Also there was the Army with a push up challenge, the Canine Units with some amazing dogs and of course Snakeman's Snake Shows with over 30 awesome snakes on display and a few we kept out for the kids to hold.
As for the title to this thread, we were able to get the ShopRite Bear and Rita's Ice's Mascots to play with the snakes.
