I agree and I don't think it's a copper head either. Bad pictures but the head does look like it's venomous.
To the OP: please follow our advice. If it's venomous and you guys get bit, there could be alot of trouble involved. Plus there's husbandry issues. You don't know what it eats or temps or humidity it needs. Even if it's not venomous, please let it go. There are too many other captive bred and born snakes that are cheap to buy and keep. Let the wild ones stay wild
