my turtle

hey i have a red ear slider about 11months old she is in a 55gallon tank water temp is between 75 to 78 degrees she has a turtle dock for basking and a uv light as well as a 100 watt splash proof spot light she has white spots appearing on her shell the spots are not soft they feel just like the rest of her shell i am wondering what they r she has also been blowing bubbles out of her nose when she sumbmerges i was wondering what it could b i thought it might b a calcium deficentcy but i have had a calcium block in her tank and feed her calcium dusted crickets to solve the white spots on her shell but to no success i talked to my local pet store who sugested a multi vitamin and sulphur bath for turtles i looked on google and it said i could use warm salt water i would like some help on this issue plz and ty
