fighting by laws
i am currently trying to get the by-law of Richmond hill changed to a size restriction not a certain species restriction and i was wondering if anyone on the site has done this before and if they were succesfull what are some good key points to think of while in front of the counsil that decides wheather or not to change the by law. Also if there are any people that would be interested that live in Richmond hill to assist me getting the by-law changed to a 7 foot maximum instead of no boas or pythons.
The whole funning thing is about this by-law is that they only have a limit on snakes no limit at all on any type of lizard so basically i could own a komoda dragon and they can't say one word to me about how stupid is that.
So i would greatly appreciate any help on this topic or assistance would be even better
