Ding dong...
... the rat is gone!  Pebbles the Hog Island boa took her first rat pup today! I did a light scenting with the mouse we fed our Thayeri kingsnake, and she took it immediately! She had refused a rat pup about a month ago, so it was really a relief when she ate one yesterday. Sooner or later she was gonna have to make the switch, and sooner is better for me. Thanks to the folks who offered scenting tips; it worked great!
