I'd put a single ackie in a 4x4x4 as a raise up enclosure. I always like to use this formula for my monitor enclosures for minimum sizes: The length of the enclosure should be three times the length of the monitor. The depth of the enclosue should be twice the length of the monitor.

Let's see, I've suggested uromastyx. You can do corn snakes or Kenyan sand boas, although most keepers don't recommend keeping snakes in pairs. You can do a few frogs or salamanders.
