As for UTH working on wood you will have to give me proof on that, I have contacted Zoo Med and they said they do not condone using them on wood as it can be a fire hazard, and will burn out the UTH as they are meant for glass!!!!
I prefer a Viv that looks like furniture not a rubber maid container, and as for to much room my Ball loves it as he is super active at night!
