Would this make a good home for a boa?

4x2 seems too small for a full grown Dumerils....

im a fan of wood as well. When i used to keep boas the 4x8 ply was a very convenient side to work with. i kept my dumerils in 8x3, which i still find small but i tend to not like smaller size). make sure you make one dimension narrow enough to get through your doors.
