Question Too cricket or not too cricket

Ok, here is the deal.
Im makin a bearded dragon enclosure. This is what i got now:

On top of that, i will mount the lights and other electric stuff. The middle part will be the enclosure it self. And in the bottom part i want too make a cricket breeding tank. Im totally gonna isolate that part, because those crickets make alot of noise and its in my sleeping room. Its gonna be closed all around, no windows, only a door (which will be isolated as well) Im planning to make a low wattage light in there cause i think it can get pretty warm in there. And the higher the wattage, the warmer it gets (or am i telling you something you allready knew )But the thing is crickets need some good ventilation. How (yes this will be the actual question) am i goin too make this "cricket-breeding-facility" with a good ventilation without losing the sound isolation. Because i will have to make some kind of holes in the side for fresh air.
Maybe you can think of something, cause i cant. Or should i just get rid of the whole idea and think of another spot too breed the crickets?
Thanks for any input,
