ERAS Spring Show - May 14/15, 2011 - booking Information -

Table bookings for the Edmonton Reptile and Amphibian Society 2011 Spring Show and Sale have commenced.


Tables cost $50 each and ERAS members get their first table for $20.

The show will be held on May 14 & 15th at -

Table reservations will be allotted “first come, first serve” on an unbiased basis. A reservation will not guarantee your spot if payment is not received by April 15th. I will send out reminders to all that are on the reserve list, updating your status of paid/not paid up to that point. After that, tables will go to the first person on the waiting list as it is compiled.

I cannot guarantee table placement in the venue from previous years, however I will of course do my best to accommodate. The best way to increase your chances of getting an area that you prefer is to book and pay early.

We will accept cheques and money orders for payment. There is no EMT available at this time, however I am looking into it. I will not accept cash for table payments, and once your booking is confirmed I will advise the mailing address and to who the cheque/MO is to be made out to.
