Female integration

My wife has two female leopards that are 58 and 44 grams. They are housed separately. She would like to purchase a male and eventually keep them as a trio (hopefully some babies someday). We would like to intergate the females first. My question is what are the steps to integration? Is there time together out of the cage needed like small mammals or if the husbandry is right do you just stick them together and everything is good? I know that females can live together fine and a male with a harem is okay but what is the pretence for this to work?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
