I need help i think

I have a female who is about a year old. She loves being held and eats a healthy diet and has a well ventilated cage. Until recently she has been amazing and loving, begs to get out of her cage and climb around on me and her surrounds. I always supervise her as well as spot her incase i think she might fall... and i have never seen her fall. I woke up probably 2 days ago and i noticed she has been sitting on her basking branch holding her 1 leg out and has been really angry.

Tonight when she was tired she let me touch her leg... it kinda dangles and she doesnt grip with it. I wanted to see if she could walk on it and she can, but you can tell it hurts her. It is not swollen at all, but she is favoring/babying it alot. She climbs around her cage well but has not been eating as much (which she tends to do when she gets in her moods every now and then).

Any idea what is wrong with her? Should i be worried, and should i take her to a vet, or is it something that will heal over time as she babys it?
