need help done everything i could think of

i have a problem with my ball python it just started out with a cut or two. I put healing aid on the cutts and they were starting to go away but now she just peeled and took of almost a third of the scales on its back, and i just don't know what to do and to top it off there is no reptile doctor even remotely close to me wat should i do. any thoughts would help but if anyone knows a doc could they give a holla out to them for me about this.
