Need help with injured Chameleon in Hawaii

I am hoping that someone can give me some good advice to help save this sweet creatures life. She was found in March in some long grass holding her let after being racked over by a landscaping crew. It appeared that she was badly hurt on her leg so we brought her home to help rehab her. It was obviously an accident and the guy who did it felt really bad. She was wild, living in Hawaii on the Big Island but now she lives in a large open air cage in my yard. She has been doing well until about 3 weeks ago. She began to get very lazy, can hardly keep her eyes open...falls off her branches and lays on the floor of her cage. Is no longer interested in food, she used to eat crickets and meal worms. She often grasps her hind legs with her front hands and looks almost like she is crippled, but then walks fine later that day. The worse part of it all is that she now has a wound on her side body, maybe from falling??? I'm not sure. It is a definate hole in her skin where she actually caught her nails in and was ripping it open herself, by accident? I don't know. The wound has black marks all around it, I guess this could be dried blood but I don't think so. The other day she was in her feeding cage with some crickets, she was not interested in eating but she took a huge, smelly poo that almost looked like an entire undigested cricket. After that she just layed on the floor with her eyes closed. I am scared for her life and I just hope that someone has some advice for us, we do not have access to vet who knows about reptiles here on the island. Please write soon, Thanks
