Last minute change for TARAS show setup

Well we have run into a problem with our usual Friday night booking for setup at the show. We have been double booked and the other venue hold presidence. We will not have access to the hall until 11pm on Friday night. As such all vendors will have to setup on Saturday morning after 6:00 am. If you are a vendor and need to store your animals in a heated room overnight at the Legion, we have a room available for this. If you need a room for your animals, please call me (Greg) at (403) 807-0168 to discuss times etc.

As such, we are hoping for some more volunteers to help set up the tables, skirting etc for the show after 11pm on the Friday night.If you can help it would be greatly appreciated and would help to speed up the process so a late night doesn't really turn into a really really late night.
