I want to buy my first ever rubbermaid for a ball python I plan to buy soon. I was looking around, and notice there are many rubbermaid models available, made from different materials, and different people seem to use different ones.
I have a couple of pictures here. Could someone please tell me which kind of rubbermaid I should buy? Thanks.
I realize ideally longer and less tall is better- Im just looking at materials and lid types here.
Also would a standard Exo Terra "Desert" heat pad (ie- it gets really hot- like it could burn your hand) not be too hot for this rubbermaid? Burn through it? Im using cypress mulch over newspaler as substrate. Do I need a dimmer or something? I also have a ceramic heat emitter 100W. Should I use it?
Which of these rubbermaids should I buy ?
