Detailed Feeding Schedule

HI all, I've been considering getting a beardie and I'm doing all my research beforehand so that I know what I'm getting myself into. I have two snakes that require minimal care, and it seems that beardies have very specific daily dietary needs.

Can any of you give me an example of a typical week's feeding schedule for your beardie? I know they need veggeis and fruit, and worms, and crickets, and occasional pinks. An example weekly menu would be so helpful.
