hogg island boa help please

i have been doing my research and have found that hogg island boas look quite cool.
They are very beautiful snakes and i loved them since i saw them
Some of the websites i have been on have said they are a good snake for the begginers and this is going to be my first snake(my mum had a boa constrictor when little so she knows a bit)
I have a few questions about these cool snakes...
1.how big do males grow?
2.how big do females grow?
3.do they make a good pet for begginners?
4.what is the price range(preferably in u.k pounds)?
5. how long do they live for?
