Should I be aiming for the 90-95 temp at the hot spot on the surface of the aspen or the plastic surface of the rubbermaid? I would have figured Aspen surface but they often move the Aspen aside and end up on the bare plastic (which with an Aspen surface of 90 gets to about 107).
