Well Molly laid her third clutch this morning so I dig thm out and was putting them in the incubator when lo and behold!! a baby gecko in the other container! lol, its her first baby to hatch out and its the second clutch. First clutch she ever had was a dud and it looks like the second egg in the second clutch will hatch any moment! I am thrilled, Molly is a super hypo and dad is a hypo tangerine stripe, and the baby is a tangerine circle back
Of course I am hoping for hypo for her, and since her baby bands are brown, not black, is that a good sign for hypoism?
Also mom seems to " gaurd" her eggs after laying them, is this normal? She has done it each time, hovering over the buried eggs and not wanting to move.
I will post pics of the lil one asap to show her off
I love tiny babies but will be relieved after she first eats.
