a couple pictus egg questions.

I was candeling my eggs today and i can see some of them are almost fully formed and moving around hurray!!!!
Anyway I have them incubating on coconut fibre (not the best i know) well my question is the coconut fibre is starting to mold, its not on any of the eggs though, It is a white hair like mold. I was wondering if I should change the substrate they are on to fresh stuff or at this time in the incubation period does it matter? They are due to hatch in about 2 weeks.
One more questions one of the eggs is in the early incubation period (2 weeks old) and a small hole has formed and a bit of the clear liquid (1 drop) has seeped out, But I can see the embryo moving around (It is tiny maybe 2mm long) Is this egg garbage or should I keep it incubating just incase?
I apreciate any imput, thanx for your time.
