A Boa can have and spread IBD for two years before showing any symptoms.
Was the snake that is sick now ever housed with the one that died? If so then I think you had better get it away from your other animals before they get sick too.
Here are the facts as I understand them so far.
- You had one female dies and you don't from what yet.
- You had her housed with some of your other snakes.
- You now have a male that is regurgatating.
I think you should assum this snake may have what your female had until you can prove other wise.
What I would do is isolate all of those boas even if it meant sending them to someone else house for a while until I got some answers.
