very distraught!

I was showing my daughter's friends the herps to day in the basement and when we came to one of my female bts cages the door had been opened and she escaped. She had to have done it herself, I was just in there last night feeding leos and she was in her cage! My daughter was not in the basement all day and she would admit if she had been playing in the cage. So, I'm thinking she must have got the door open herself, it is sliding glass and it opens pretty easily. She has been housed in that cage for over a year though and this is the first time she has gotten out. We can't seem to find her eithor. We have looked in all the corners, anything we could look under, all the dark places.... I'm really worried about her, she is so dear to me. I put out a heat mat on low incase she getts drawn to the heat. She is about 3 years old and well over 800 grams. She is a big enough girl she should be easily found but we can't seem to find her. This is a basement after all, not completed and a mess in a couple corners. I'm going to look for her again in a few hours. Is there anything else I can do? Should I leave food out for her? I just can't believe she got her cage open!!
