We found this little guy while walking our dogs tonight. He was just on the sidewalk in our neighbourhood. Maybe someone caught him somewhere and let it go in their yard. There is a field somewhat close where he could have come from as well.
We took him home to id and let him go. I just haven't seen a toad with these colours and pattern before. Is he just an american toad in breeding colour or something? Is it too late for breeding? Do they change colours ever. I don't really know much about them. Does anyone have any ideas?
