Where are the monsoons??

Like everyone, I’m patiently awaiting a strong monsoon to strike Arizona. I’m hoping to photograph some of the animals I’ve yet to see in Arizona. I’ve been watching the sky and news, but everyone knows that the best news comes from people here, so please keep the forum posted of your finds, weather, and what is going on in Arizona. I’m new, and although potentially common in the right locations, I’m hoping to see Bufo alvarius (Sonoran Desert Toad), Rana yavapaiensis (Lowland Leopard Frog), Kinosternon sonoriense (Sonoran Mud Turtle), and Heloderma suspectum (Gila Monster). I sure could use some help with understanding the habitat, location and best way to see these animals in west and southern Arizona. So Feel welcome to post or email me at RainToad@hotmail.com if you know any good locations to see these animals.
