First feed!!!

Well, i was really worried and kinda down about feeding my new bp, named Omega (hubby saw him curled up in the tank in the shape of the greek letter of the same name). He is still a hatchling, and even though mice are bad the fuzzy rat just looked too big- so I got a frozen fuzzy mouse and brought it home. Left it out of the fridge to thaw a bit, then put it in hot water for about a minute, and lowered it in with the tongs.


No sooner had i dropped it down in there and started wiggling it around then ka-snap- he totally nailed it.

He is in the process of getting it down right now, but i was so excited I had to write. One less thing to be super worried about!

THanks for all the help and advice from everyone. He still hasnt shed, so apparently im really bad at telling when that is supposed to happen, (either that or he takes food when he is in shed, which given what ive read is the least likely of the two)
