help sexing

Hi, I was recently told about the preanal femoral pore method of sexing cresteds. I was well aware of this method for leopard geckos and other lizards, but due to limited availability of good resources on rhacodactylus I couldn't assume anything.

I have been trying to determine the sex of my 4 inch SVL crested that is about 8 months old.
there are no hemipenal bulges present as of yet. can anyone give me a good description (or pics if available) of what to look for.
I recently picked up an adult pair of ciliatus and can clearly identify the pores on the male.
I can faintly see a line of what seem to be larger scales on the inside of the legs of the smaller gecko, so I am thinking I could be seeing a male, but I have only been keeping rhacs since september, so this is the first time I have watched one go through the maturation process.

thanks for any input.
Adam
