I wanna live with the Leafs

Little Johnny appeared in front of the Family court judge.
"Do you want to live with your father?" the judge asked.
"No" replied Johnny
"Why not?"
"'Cause he beats me".
"What about your mother?'
"No, she beats me too"
"Then who do you want to live with?"
"The Toronto Maple Leafs" announced Johnny.
"Why the Leafs?" questioned the judge.
"'Cause they beat nobody!"
