As lots of you know Crystal Gardens here might be closing. So as what i do every week I go there from 9-4:30pm(a staff shift.)So one of the people who work there named Denise asked me to go into one of the off display rooms to see a BTS. I was wonderin why does she want me to see it. So I follow her and she shows me the BTS and lets me hold it and then she asks me if I could take it with it's cage for free!!!!!!! Which was the last thing I was expecting. It's had a heat lamp burn that was over a year ago but has healed up and hasn't had any problems with it or shedding. It's very fat and it was eating when I was in there. The burn although is almost half his back so it can't be used as a display animal for zoos if this place closes. The other problem is my mom isn't thrilled about having another reptile but I'm trying help Crystal Gardens finding homes. He's an adult between 7-10 years old there not totally sure. He's about 2feet and a male. So one good thing that could come out of this situation.
