Stupid Question... or is it

In front of like ball python or red tailed boa there is soetimes a 1.0 or 1.1 or 1.2 or like i saw a normal ball python that had a 2.2 in front of it and the price was 1075 but it looked just like a normal 75 dollar one... i was like what the hell i mean i rather get a 75 dollar one if you ask me and im trying to figure out what the deal is with the 1.1 or 1.3 or whatever in front of the name is. what does it mean??? plz help me out
