Soaking during a shed

Well I think Fred is going to go through his first shed in his new home. His eyes aren't blue but they have definitely lost some of their definition and he has started soaking.

I keep a digital hygrometer in his tank at all times so I know the ambient humidity is always around 60 - 70% (it seems to go up and down but never below 60%, unless I take the lid off then it drops to 40%). But what I'm wondering is, since he is soaking should I start misting and bring the humidity up to 80% or will he be fine with just soaking and 60%?
