My first attempt at building a boa cage.

Well here it is. Big thanks to Mark who was the one who really built it.
It's 5'x2'x18".
The door is one piece that opens down. The glass is 3'.7" long by 15.5 high.


This shot shows the door jam and the top brace. The plywood was not thick enough for the length of the cage so I had to add some support.


This last pic shows the bottom. You can see how the hinges are attached just under the toe board. You can also see the cross suport. There is a 2" space under the cage for the heat pad.


The plywood was finish one side so all that's left now is to sand it, paint it and seal it and install the vents.
